These Terms of Service govern your use of IcingVault (icingvault.com and app.icingvault.com), a product of SweetTube Academy operated by Marcia Dexter, Beachwood, NJ. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per person unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use IcingVault to manage your own bakery equipment inventory for personal or small business purposes. You may not:
- Share your account with others
- Use IcingVault to store data on behalf of multiple businesses without separate accounts
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the service
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
3. Subscription & Payment
The Starter plan is free. Pro plans are billed monthly ($9/mo) or annually ($79/yr) through Square. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. All prices are in USD.
4. Your Data
You own your inventory data. We will never sell it or share it with third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time.
5. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or data loss. We recommend exporting your data regularly.
6. Intellectual Property
IcingVault, its design, and its code are owned by SweetTube Academy. You retain ownership of the data you enter.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
IcingVault is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweetTube Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
