We want cancelling IcingVault to be simple and stress-free. Here’s exactly how it works.
How to Cancel
Email info@icingvault.com with your account email and request to cancel. We will process your cancellation within 1 business day and confirm by email.
We’re working on self-serve cancellation inside the app — it’s coming soon.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full Pro access until that date.
- Monthly plan: Access continues until the end of the current month
- Annual plan: Access continues until the end of the current annual period
Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund on new subscriptions if you’re not satisfied. After 7 days, we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time. To request a refund within the 7-day window, email info@icingvault.com.
After Cancellation
Your account will revert to the free Starter plan. Your data (up to 100 items) is preserved. Items over the Starter limit will remain visible but locked until you re-subscribe or remove excess items.
Deleting Your Account
If you want your account and all data permanently deleted, include that request in your cancellation email. Deletion is irreversible.
